TG thinks all of us in the industry should see this film, Darryl Roberts's documentary about modeling, magazines, plastic surgery, eating disorders, cosmetics, phthalates, and self-image. As women, it is sort of a given that living in this culture will put certain issues on our heads in terms of looks and body image -- but working in fashion is a double whammy. TG has sat around together discussing diets, models, exercise, etc more times than we can count. Sometimes we wonder -- what the hell are we doing -- and what are we contributing to?
